Training Camp: July 10-14, 2017

A week of training just for teens to get them into sparring condition, or ready for team sports in the fall. The goal is to improve campers speed, agility, reflexes, conditioning, sparring sense, and flexibility. We will be kicking targets in the studio, running in the Japanese gulch, training in the sand at the beach, and stretching on a daily basis.


Ages 10+ 

9am to 12pm

Bring snack & water

Wear exercise clothing & running shoes
